Catalog updates cannot be downloaded

 Error Description


After retrieving the online catalog list, all updates are displayed in the category "Catalogues, no valid license".



 Possible Solutions


No activation in PARTupdate


One possible cause is that a new user has either not yet registered on https://partupdate.cadenas.de/ or has not yet been activated there.

Other possible Solutions


The error may have been triggered by the following causes. 

  • It is possible that the maintenance period has been exceeded.
