Error Description |
When starting PARTdataManager the following error message appears: "Error requesting the license key: "CNSxxxx*PSADDONS*ERP*PARTDATAMANAGER"
Possible Solution |
01. First open PARTadmin and navigate to the configuration files.
02. Enter "erpenabled" in the search field and press the enter key or the filter button.
03. In the marked line, double-click on the numerical value and edit it from 1 to 0.
04. Now go to the "File" menu.
05. Press the corresponding button there to save or alternatively press CTRL+S.
