General Information |
The MAC address is stored in the license file. This is a unique address of a network device that is different for each individual part. For this reason, a new license must be requested if the hardware is replaced. After submitting the form, a new file will be created which you will then receive by e-mail.
Determine the MAC address |
To determine the MAC address of your own device, you can view the MAC address in PARTadmin in the "License" tab of the license management.
Alternatively, the MAC address can be determined via the command prompt (cmd console). To access the command prompt, enter "cmd" in the Windows search bar and open the application. Now enter "ipconfig /all" in the command line and press the Enter key.
