 General Information

In order to be able to use the software products of CADENAS GmbH, it is necessary that licenses are stored for the respective products. When purchasing the software, CADENAS GmbH customers automatically receive the corresponding license files. In addition, with a valid maintenance contract, a license with a new expiration date is sent approximately 14 days before the license expires. Since the license file also contains the specific hardware, a new file is required in the event of a hardware replacement, but also in the event of possible errors and the expiry of the license.

In the event of changes to the license file (e.g. the number of licenses) or an extension, you can contact Support at any time via the ticket system.

 License Generator for Partners (Resellers)

Unlike direct customers of CADENAS GmbH, our partners do not receive any license files from us. However, they can have these created at any time for all CADENAS products by the online license generator. Changes or extensions can also be implemented immediately via the generator.

If you are a partner of CADENAS GmbH but do not yet have access data, you can request this by contacting support via the ticket system.
