No valid license for respective catalog

When opening a part from catalog CATALOG2 an error message appears.

License key:

Error when trying to pull the license key ...


Problem solution:

1. Start PARTadmin.

2. Under Category, select the item License administration.

3. Select the tab Licenses.

4. Check if a respective key is entered for the called catalog in the dialog area License key.


The figure shows an entry for "CATALOG1". "CATALOG2" has no license, therefore the error message.

If the following license would be available, for example, all catalogs could be called without any limitation.

CNS2009*CATALOGS*TAB,READ (alle Kataloge)

Under Type, license type S must be entered, not F or D.

Under Status, OK must be displayed.

The entry under Host ID | Role must be green, not red.
